My child can follow safety rules: recognize warning symbols (stop sign, poison symbol, etc.) and recite his/her full name, address, and phone number.

My child can do the following independently: go to the bathroom, get dressed, brush teeth, and wash hands.

My child can hold and use a pencil properly, cut with safety scissors, and put together simple (4 to 9 piece) puzzles.

My child can do most of these – jump, run, hop on one foot, throw or kick a ball.
